Transform your stock HD? Softail Twin Cam into a machine that rivals any chopper out there with a Chubby?s Choppers Wide Tire Kit. Our swingarms are stronger than the OEM version currently on your bike, and designed with road safety first. The great looks just came naturally.

Our swingarms are constructed from 1 ?? diameter DOM tubing with a wall thickness .118?; feature CNC machined ends with locking adjusters for axle placement and precision 1? insertion into tubing for reinforced strength; precision and uniform angle bending of tubing arms; professional welding of all components; 1?diameter solid steel axle; precision fit for 300mm wide tire conversion of 2000+ Twin Cam Softails?.

We specialize in wide tire conversions and believe you shouldn?t have to chop the swingarm to fit the frame.

The kit also includes a RSD 6-Speed complete transmission in a stock HD? wrinkle-black case. Our transmissions are extremely durable and come with a 60,000 mile/5year manufacturer warranty that we back up. You don?t have to send the transmission back to the manufacturer if there is a problem. Just call us.

The transmission features full sized forged chromemoly back-cut gears: a mechanical clutch release; a close ratio with 2.94:1 first gear and an overdrive 0.86:1 sixth gear; an electronic speed sensor cut-out with plug (sensor not included);

32 tooth belt pulley;

chrome plated billet trapdoor; chrome top lid, end cover, shift arm and vent fitting.

Our basic wide tire kit comes with:

Raw steel swingarm. We will add tabs for stock brake for no extra charge if desired.

1? diameter axle

3 precut spacers for stock brake application or 8? piece of DOM tubing for cutting spacers for aftermarket brakes (your choice)

RSD 6-speed transmission with pulley Final drive rear belt

Installation of any wide tire kit should be left to experienced motorcycle mechanic/fabricators. If you find you need help, we install our kits too. You can drop off your bike and have it back and on the road in less than a week. We are a real storefront, not just an Internet business, and stand behind our products. Email with any questions.

Shipping is extra and the responsibility of the buyer. It will be added to final price. If shipping in Michigan, please add 6% sales tax. Pick-up is available. We also sell fenders, exhaust, wheels, tires and accessories for your wide tire conversions.
