Big Bags are longer than stock for a better look and increased storage.

They are produced using a state of the art computer controlled injection process. This sophisticated process produces a smooth and finished product on both inner and outer surfaces. We carefully control temperature, vacuum, fiber placement and pressure during the manufacturing process to produce a void free super strong structure.

Every saddlebag goes through a 13 hour post cure cycle in our computer controlled ovens, slowly bringing them from 70? to over 200? .This ensures maximum strength and temperature stability over a wide range.

Our bags are jig drilled and lid tested to ensure proper fit and function to your factory lids. Big Bags are available in primer o
