90 Super Sucker Bobber

Another industry first from Wimmer Custom Cycle is our Super Sucker intake. The use of a velocity stack to increase performance has been time tested, and with the creation of a forward facing velocity stack your motorcycle can have this unique look. As with our Super Sucker Shorty intake, your choice of a 60 or 80 micron mesh stainless steel screen is enclosed in the throat of the velocity stack. The “Bobber” version takes the appearance one step further, featuring a radius contoured trim ring laced with eight stainless steel screws around the perimeter. The coarse dutch woven screen provides aesthetics, while the micron mesh screen provides protection. The Super Sucker Bobber offers superior protection and increased air flow, features available only to Wimmer Custom Cycle customers.

Head Breathing Options

With all four stroke motorcycle engines, crankcase ventilation is required. We offer two methods of venting the heads. Customers can choose from our patented external top breathers or our one-piece internal support bracket. The internal bracket contains a breather passage back into the air cleaner / air filter. The internal venting will require little to no servicing and, for some customers, may provide a cleaner look. If you choose the external breathers, there is a small cleanable cotton filter inside the top breather housing that will require servicing when full.
