KARATA?S outboard bearing support systems are sold as part of all 5" INTIMIDATOR SERIES primary belt drives. They are also offered as optional accessories for the 3" and 4" INTIMIDATOR belt drives and can be retrofitted to all INTIMIDATOR belt drives ever made. Over 30 different support plates ave available in both Softail-style and FXR/FLT - style platforms, in addition to several belt cover options.

With a KARATA?S outboard bearing support system, the pulleys are locked in place with no movement possible. Because all motorcycle models use specific center distances between the engine?s sprocket shaft and the transmission?s mainshaft, every INTIMIDATOR SERIES motor plate is machined to these specific dimensions. By adding outer bearing carriers to each pulley that are tied together with a support plate that has the exact same center distance as the motor plate, the pulleys are now locked in place and can NEVER MOVE.
