Please be advised that all deliveries outside the USA will be attempted the required times by the shipper and after any failed delivery due to nobody available to receive the product we conclude our end of the process. Return / Refund Policy

Every act of fraud has costs to Vicious Cycle Works llc. Any stolen credit cards or stolen identities used to attempt or complete a purchase on Vicious Cycle Works llc. Online Store will be credited or voided if possiible minus a 5% fee to the credit card used on the stores shopping cart, it is your resposibility to protect your credit cards and identity. CANCELLED ORDERS OR RETURNS.

Cancelled orders will be subject to a 12% fee based on the orders sale cost..
